Responsibilities
- Drive and expand our affiliate marketing program: Research and find new deals, negotiate agreements with partners, develop relationships with ad networks and publishers and build campaigns that are optimized to target customer segments
- Analyze and optimize search and display campaigns in Google AdWords from a variety of perspectives, including keywords, search queries, ad copy, landing pages, CTR, conversion rates, seasonal/geographical trends, quality scores, competitors, conversion funnels etc.
- Spot new online advertising opportunities
- Truly understand data and be able to measure the effects of our online activities using tools like Google Analytics and MixPanel
- Help define and own the online marketing strategy and the competitive landscape
Skills and background
- 3+ years’ relevant experience with digital marketing and/or sales
- 3+ years’ experience with Google AdWords and Analytics
- Strong communication skills in English, a Scandinavian language is a plus.
- Knowledge of data driven insight, online marketing principles, new developments in the online space
- Strong knowledge of the full digital marketing mix including SEO, SEM, social media, e-mail and display advertising
- Relevant degree (e.g. within Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, statistic) is a plus.
- Experience with HTML and graphic design is a plus, but not a must
- Agency experience is a plus, but not a must

- A “go-getter” with strong relationship building skills
- An analytical and troubleshooting mindset
- A self-starter and someone who follows on projects
