when I need to submit Næringsoppgave 1

Please advice:

Currently, my ENK's sales hasn't reached 50K NOK yet. Do I still need to submit Næringsoppgave 1 form? Or only when I see the sales will be exceed 50K NOK level? Let's say in next two month?

For 2014 you will not have to submit NO 1 - you just add information in your personal selvangivelse about your profitt (since your sales are below the 50K limit)

If your sales exceed 50K during 2015, you will have to submit NO1 next year, spring 2016, for the fiscal year of 2015. When passing 50K last 12months, you may also be subject to mva (VAT) registration depending on what your service/products are.
