Er det noen som har erfaring med bruk av bilder fra Google earth på egne sider ?
Jeg tok et utsnitt fra en by i norge. Dette utsnittet la jeg på min egen side.
Så lagde jeg en post på et annet forum og la bildet som ligger på min side inn i et innlegg ved hjelp av en img tag.
Fikk kjeft av webmaster der fordi han mener at det er sjanse for at Google kan komme og ta de pga brudd på copyright. Så han fjernet bildet fra innlegget.
Har han rett i dette?

You can personally use an image from the application (for example on your website, on a blog or in a word document) as long as you preserve the copyrights and attributions including the Google logo attribution.
