Data Engineer
In this role you will be the glue between data and platforms, with the following main responsibilities:
- Contribute to new projects and development activities assigned to the team
- Build successful data pipelines and architectural solutions for a holistic data flow
- Support super-users to get the data driven solution they need
- Create and develop ideas on how to make our business more data driven and automated
- Advice on implementation of solutions for appropriate data storage and make it accessible to end-users
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Minimum three years’ architectural and development competence:
- Knowledge of relational and non-relational database systems
- Cloud computing (Azure)
- Ideally experience with mapping data to product over production flow, material tracking and tracing solutions
- Programming skills, preferably in SQL, Python, Scala or Java
- Experience with Apache Spark, Docker
- Experience from business consulting is a plus
In this role your main responsibilities will include:
- Contribute to data platform solution architecture
- Contribute to solution architecture for Hybrid integration platform
- Further develop Hydro’s cloud and integration assets
- Minimum three years’ experience in solution strategy, design and architecture
- Azure and Microservice architecture
- Hybrid integration and API services
- Specific experience as Azure full-stack developer is a plus:
- C#, Python, Java
- GUI development with Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
- Databricks for Azure
- PowerShell, JSON, Terraform og ARM-templates
- DevOps delivery model, Azure pipelines and Git
- Kubernete's container orchestration
- Relational databases
In this role your main responsibilities will include:
- Develop and provide PoC for data layer concepts to make data usable for end-users
- Integration of new digital products and data processing concepts into our existing IT architecture
- Evaluate new cloud components and integrate in existing solution
- Manage strategic partnerships with suppliers of digital products
- Minimum three years’ architectural and development competence:
- Understanding of architectural data layer concepts
- Knowledge of relational and non-relational database systems
- Cloud computing (Azure)
- API management
- Architectural competence for edge gateway stack
- Experience in following areas is a plus:
- Programming skills in Python, Java, C
- External APIs
- Git, Jenkins, Docker, Maven
- Solid understanding of modern DevOps and deployment automation practices
- Business consulting
