nei, maintenance mode ligger "innebygd" i themet... jeg har skrudd det av så det burde ikke være ett problem.(?)

Jeg vet at flere plugins til dette formålet (maintenance) blokkerer tilgangen til cron.php noe som stopper BackupBuddy fra å jobbe.

Kan jo hende dette også skjer ved vanlig maintenance.

Har du forsøkt å sende de en epost å høre?

Do database only backups succeed without issue?

Based on the small amount of information I might postulate one possibility which is that the backup zip archive is being created successfully but your server is having a problem with the operation that adds backup metadata to the archive. When you flip back to the Backup page do you see the backup actually listed there? If this is the case then you might try going to the Settings page, Advanced & Troubleshooting tab and _uncheck_ the "Save meta data in comment" option, save and try again.

Please let us know whether or not the above suggestion allows you to take a backup as you require and if not then please provide the additional information of the full Status log and we can advise further, thanks.
